I am a warm, genuinely caring and intuitive therapist. People I see often say that they feel safe and at ease with me, and deeply understood. Prior to a private practice, I provided therapy at the Departments of Psychiatry at UCSD and Rady Children's Hospital, and at Scripps, and trained other therapists. I use a blend of approaches to therapy and healing, and can offer tools tailored to your needs.
