I know how difficult it is to make that phone call and admit that you need help. Because of my personality, education and experience, I am able to make people feel comfortable to finally open up to someone and to let me help them. The quality of the therapeutic relationship is more important than any theoretical approach and it is this relationship that I focus on nurturing and it is this relationship that keeps clients coming back through the years, when they encounter hardships. It is ultimately this relationship that gives clients the courage and strength to finally go out on their own.
