Just by being here, you are already taking the first steps to improve your mental health! I have a passion to help individuals reach their full potential. I believe that everyone can benefit from having a safe space to process one's own thoughts and lead their lives in a way to improve their overall self being. I enjoy working with children where I utilize play and art therapy. I'm also completing additional education in the areas of trauma work and neurodivergency. I also see adolescents, individuals, families, and couples who struggle with issues including depression, suicidal ideation, infidelity, substance abuse and more.
