I specialize in helping clients heal from complex trauma, attachment wounds, narcissistic abuse, codependency, toxic relationship patterns, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, burnout, co-occurring disorders, substance use, and difficult life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, drawing from the latest research in evidence-based therapies, neurobiology, and trauma recovery. I intentionally maintain a limited caseload and able to give each client my full presence and attention. This means our sessions are never rushed, and I have time to prepare thoughtfully, follow up when needed, and adapt treatment to your evolving needs.
