It’s during these times that everyone, including you, deserves a safe space to explore feelings and experiences while building healthy ways to move forward. My therapeutic approach is person-centered and strength based, and I use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions depending on your unique needs. I am experienced in providing mental health counseling to youth, adults and families. Areas of special interest and training include anxiety, ADHD, autism, depression, and chronic health issues.
