I have 15 years of experience working as a therapist. I believe that a good therapeutic relationship is very important for the healing process, and I take time and care to establish rapport. I work with adults who want to improve how they cope with stressors. I help clients to improve the way they regulate their mood, identify their own needs, and communicate with the people they care about.
