Thank you for considering therapy with me. I want to make this process as easy as possible and help you feel comfortable speaking about your feelings. I am bi-cultural and bi-lingual Mexican American who understands cultural issues surrounding mental health and addiction. I have more than 15 years working with families , youth and couples. I have worked in locked facilities with clients who suffer with mental illness, therefore I understand it maybe difficult but it's the first step to a new you. Let's take baby steps together.
