I work with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and feelings of isolation. These individuals may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—from themselves or others. Some are working through past experiences that continue to impact their daily lives, while others are struggling to manage the pressure of relationships, school, work, or simply getting through the day. Another area that I specialize in, would be with individuals who are dealing with the emotional toll of chronic pain or with any athletes facing the pressure to perform, identity struggles, or physical setbacks. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping my clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We work to identify unhelpful thought patterns—like fear of failure, self-doubt, or catastrophic thinking and replace them with more balanced, effective ways of thinking.
