ADHD is what I know best. The scattered thinking, the forgotten tasks, the frustration, but also the passion. I enjoy working with kids, teens, and adults who think differently and who need someone that understands this burden. I'm also experienced treating anxiety, depression, adjustment, trauma, and emotional dysregulation. My goal is to help each person find the tools and knowledge needed to manage their own mental health, and to do so with their own unique set of values, strengths, and abilities. If you're ready to make real changes, great! But if things just feel off and you're not sure why, that's a fine place to start too.
