Navigating life’s experience can be challenging, daunting, and sometimes requires a little help to get back on track or get the ball rolling. As we work through this challenge together, we can pull the threads on how your past is informing your present, develop more healthy coping strategies, and find ways to change the trajectory of your life in a more positive direction. After retiring from the Marine Corps with 20 years of service, I sought out to find a way to continue serving my community and help others, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to go along with you in your journey!
