I work with teens and young adults who are exploring identity, navigating gender, and finding their way as neurodiverse individuals. Many of the people I support are thoughtful, creative, and deeply feeling, yet have spent a lot of time trying to fit into systems that were never designed for them. I am especially passionate about gender-affirming care and supporting the feminine in all its forms—intuition, emotional wisdom, softness, and strength. I believe therapy works best when there is room to slow down, soften, and explore without pressure to have everything figured out. Together, we focus on understanding your inner world, building self-trust, and honoring your natural rhythms rather than trying to change who you are.
