These days, many life circumstances can easily cause us stress, worry and feeling overwhelmed. I am a busy mom of 2, I can relate to feeling overwhelmed with responsibility. I would love to help via life coaching or counseling services. I specialize working with children ages 7 & up, teens and adults. I teach useful, practical skills with strategies to get you feeling balanced and fulfilled. Children with challenges at home/school or those with difficulty managing emotions. Teens going through life changes or struggling with confidence. Adults experiencing parenting stress, work/life balance issues, or anxiety/depression.
