I have a passion for working with clients who are seeking to reconnect with their inner trust and build meaningful relationships. I support people who have been through difficult times in their lives, who feel lonely and disconnected. I help clients understand how they build coping mechanisms that perhaps are no longer serving them. Together, we will learn new, healthier ways to connect with yourself and others. I also work with couples to increase relationship satisfaction through understanding each other and building communication skills.
