About

I have always been the person people come to talk to and my practice is a natural extension of myself. I worked in mental health services for nonprofit organizations for 30 years as a therapist, trainer, program developer, and clinical director and always loved my work. After gaining so much knowledge and experience in community organizations, I transitioned to private practice in 2021. I believe that a person’s strengths and resilience in the face of distress are always well beyond what the eye can see and words can say. It is my passion to assist all my clients in overcoming what brings them to my office.
