I have over four years of experience in the mental health field working with children, adolescents, adults and couples across a variety of settings. While I specialize in working with children under 13, I also enjoy supporting individuals across the lifespan as they navigate life’s challenges. My areas of focus include Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), anxiety, depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), ADHD, marital, and relationship issues, and life transitions. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe, comfortable and truly heard.
