Hi! My name is Izzy and I'm here to listen to your story. My goal in therapy is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Whether we’re talking through something difficult or finding small steps forward, I aim to make our work together feel safe, collaborative, and grounded in trust. I am passionate about working with children, teens, and young adults as they navigate life challenges. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflict, self-esteem, and suicidal ideation. I use a trauma-informed lens to guide my practice.
