My approach blends relational and attachment-focused therapy with practical skills, so you leave each session with both insight and tools. I work with adults and older teens navigating relationships, anxiety, stress, identity, and faith/spiritual questions. I’m especially experienced with college and graduate students, high performers, and those wanting a space where both mental health and spirituality can be explored together.
