The people I work best with are men and women carrying ancestral trauma, disruptive family patterns, the accumulated strain of racism, anxiety, and depression. They are often able to function well, but may feel numb, anxious, exhausted, or flat. They sometimes experience rumination, irritability, and a loss of connection to body, soul, and place. Their goals are to understand inherited cycles, regain trust in their inner knowing, and honor their path. They are often drawn to exploring the symbolic life of psyche and archetypal themes as part of that process.
