My name is Ishan Berry, and I am a LPCMH in the state of Delaware. I'm passionate about helping people reach their mental health goals so they can live their lives to the fullest. I have a master's degree in mental health counseling from Springfield College. I have over ten years of professional experience serving adolescents and adults. My approach is to work with clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. The modalities I mainly utilize are reality and CBT, which, in combination, challenge clients to evaluate and change negative thoughts and action patterns.
