Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC). I have been practicing for over 25 years. I help individuals age 18 and up and couples struggling to live a more fulfilled and meaningful life. I have worked with individuals presenting with many different issues from severe and persistent mental illness to depression, anxiety, trauma and personality disorders. I am passionate about helping people thrive; get fulfillment and enjoyment out of life and in their relationships. I enjoy working with marginalized populations and instilling hope in people.
