I help adults heal complex trauma so they can feel safer in their bodies, more grounded in the present, and more connected to themselves and others. Using EMDR therapy and a trauma-informed approach, I help clients process the emotional pain and trauma responses that keep them feeling stuck. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that have shaped your life and begin to heal the parts of you that feel disconnected, anxious, or unworthy.
