I specialize in those with attachment wounding/trauma, men’s concerns, and high-achieving professionals under performance pressure. Our work is collaborative, practical, and paced for you. I incorporate mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral interventions: Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness Based CBT (M-CBT), Exposure/Response prevention (ERP) and Somatic/Attachment Focused EMDR. These approaches enhance the therapeutic process by cultivating non-judgmental awareness, compassion, and purpose. I am a certified EMDR practitioner.
