I have a few mottos: 1. Life is the sum total of our choices. You want a different outlook or take on 'YOUR' life then make different choices. 2. Whatever 'YOU' think 'YOU' can or can't do-'YOU'RE' right! (H. Ford) and 3. Iron Sharpens Iron. This all totals: If you put good work into 'you' then all the good things will work together. The mind is likened to any other muscle, and it must be strengthened. And like a body in good physical condition, it has the ability to last longer and be stronger. I also facilitate inter-racial couples counseling, depression, and anxiety. I firmly believe that 'YOU' know the answers and my job is to get 'YOU' to them.
