I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, and mood changes, especially those who feel out of place in systems that weren’t built for them. My practice is neurodivergent and disability-affirming, LGBTQ+ inclusive, and grounded in racial and social justice values. You are not broken; you live in a broken system. I believe therapy should help you reconnect with your own voice, not just teach you how to cope. Together, we’ll look at the patterns you’ve carried: what kept you safe, what no longer serves you, and what you want to grow toward.
