I have helped individuals who have experienced a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship issues, anger issues, perfectionism, minority stress, grief and loss, and lack of meaning in life, among others. Individuals I have helped in the past reported better understanding of themselves, improved self-esteem, increased self-compassion and sense of self, as well as feeling understood and validated. I completed advanced training in emotional disorders, addiction, and trauma-focused care at the Corey Thomas VA Hospital and the University of Miami.
