I have 20 years of experience in the mental health and addiction counseling field. I have worked with all types of populations from children to adolescents, to adults in various settings. My approach to counseling combines behavioral, cognitive-behavioral, trauma-focused, and psychoanalytic therapies. My work also includes inner child healing, working towards self-compassion, self-love and self-acceptance.
