I am a licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC) and Certified K-12 School Counselor in the State of Florida. With over 15 years of Mental Health and School Counseling experience, with children and families, I have addressed many emotional and behavioral concerns with children that range from emotional regulation, to interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, grief, loss, and mindfulness. Over the years I have had a mixed caseload of symptoms including ADHD, depression, anxiety, school-based behavioral problems, panic attacks, trauma, mood disorders, attention issues, self-esteem, and life stressors.
