For two decades my clinical and life experience coupled with my own personal mindfulness practice has been the recipe for success in helping individuals through their journeys. Whether its guidance with ending something that no longer serves you or support in having the strength and confidence to begin something new our work together will lead the path to a happier and healthier version of you. My expertise lies in addiction and substance abuse, weight management, stress reduction, coping with anxiety and depression, relationship conflicts, self esteem enhancement , empowerment and finding one's purpose. Although everyone's' goal is different, I use various approaches such as CBT, Solution focused therapy, Mindfulness and Life Coaching.
