I hold deep compassion for the human experience and the many stressors that come with simply living life. Just as the body grows tired from labor, so too can the mind grow weary from the weight of our experiences and transitions. I believe we are each shaped by powerful, emotional stories—and within those stories is a voice trying to make sense of where we belong. Sometimes that voice feels lost or quiet. At times we take on roles that don’t align with who we are, just to fit in. In my practice, clients are welcomed exactly as they are whether in grief, confusion, transition, or celebration—and are met with compassionate curiosity. Therapy, to me, is a relationship, not a transaction. Healing happens not just from one person serving another, but in the unique exchange between client and therapist. This space builds insight, safety, and growth. When honored, it creates a ripple effect—encouraging self-led action, deepening awareness, and shifting how you relate to yourself and others.
