Relationships are unique, nuanced, and complicated. My job is to gently untangle the complex web you have woven. I help couples move from conflict, confusion, and emotional distance toward understanding, resilience, and renewed connection. Relationships do not stand alone. I consider the myriad stressors impacting your relationship, including family, career, financial, social, health, and environmental issues. At Artful Couples Therapy, I draw on skills honed in the professional performing arts, i.e., active listening, trust-building, and emotional authenticity.
