You might feel like you’ve tried everything — constant conflict at home, ineffective parenting strategies, and a growing distance between your family. At Adventure Works, I meet families with parents feeling lost and frustrated, while kids feel like they did something “wrong” but don’t know how or what to “fix.” I understand how exhausting this can be, and through adventure therapy we can make a positive change together. My approach brings a balance of playfulness and work - my sessions offer a mix of humor, calmness, deep care, honest feedback, and questions that invite deep reflection.
