I offer a safe space for those seeking support and coping strategies for navigating major life transitions, complex trauma, relationship issues, career challenges, and grief/loss. I work with adults and adolescents as young as 14. I also provide a supportive, affirming space for clients in the LGBTQIA+ community, and those living with chronic illnesses and disabilities. I especially enjoy working with artists, performers, creatives, and athletes with challenges related to work-life balance, occupational wellbeing, self-esteem, performance anxiety, motivation, and creative health. I provide holistic, humanistic, client-centered therapy to support and empower clients from all walks of life. I draw upon your individual strengths so that your goals feel attainable and aligned with your unique values, needs, and identity, with the understanding that these may evolve, develop, or even persist throughout one’s life and healing journey.
