As a Relational Psychotherapist, I offer a space to explore the roots of your distress. If previous therapy felt shallow or misunderstood, I invite you to reach out. My approach is warm, thoughtful, inquisitive, kind, challenging, and deeply engaging. I believe the heart of effective therapy lies in a strong therapeutic relationship that allows for honest, transformative work. Due to the nature of my online work, I currently have open appointments and can usually see you within a week or a few days. If you are hesitant to do online therapy, give it a shot. I was initially skeptical myself but it has turned out very effective.
