Life is hard and unpredictable, and we all have struggles within ourselves, with relationships, and with directions in life. As a result, we may experience anxiety, depression, lack of motivation, or simply feeling lost. The recognition of our shared human condition is what motivated me to become a counselor. I bring a wealth of life and professional experiences to the counseling practice with a 20-year career in biotech and business. I believe my life experiences as a parent and professional afford me the broad perspectives to connect with clients and to facilitate personal growth.
