I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist with a passion for helping men and women transform themselves and their relationships in the midst of anxiety/stress, depression, all kinds of grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, career changes, even if you engaged in relationships with toxic individuals (at home and in the workplace). I will teach you strategies to help you regain yourself as you work towards living the life YOU choose to live. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
