No one is a stranger to finding a way forward in difficult times. Many of those I work with struggle with issues related to relationships, depression, and/or tragic events. At times, others come for brief, short-term treatment for issues that are not all-consuming, but to improve how they manage these and also use these difficulties to become more fully empowered. Regardless of the specific goals of therapy, our general ideal is to reach healing and wellness as well as for finding meaning and peace.
