My ideal client has been through some really hard stuff, and knows what it is like to struggle through the pain. They are seeking therapy because they need support to overcome obstacles in their painful memories and/or in their current relationships - romantic, familial or vocational. They want their counselor to really see and value their individuality and autonomy, as well as the ways they are connected to the world around them. In addition to my work as a therapist, I served in the Arkansas Army National Guard for 10 years. I am really passionate about helping active duty military personnel and Veterans.
