As a child survivor of narcissistic and abusive parents myself, I have dedicated my life to helping those who have experienced the kind of life-long impacts that come with surviving narcissistic abuse. I specialize in survivors of narc abuse, especially adult children of emotionally immature or N-parents and intimate partners of narcissists. Having an N-parent/partner is something you can only truly understand if you have experienced it personally, and it is my mission in life to use my own experiences and knowledge to help YOU understand and heal from the impacts of this kind of abuse.
