I have dedicated the past 20 years of my life working in Child Protective Services meeting families who are at their most vulnerable and have experienced significant trauma. From physical/sexual abuse, domestic violence, substance abuse, mental health, grief/loss...these are challenges that can change the trajectory of someone's life. Understanding this is what drives my passion to provide holistic therapeutic services focused on healing through resiliency. Life is beautiful ...but sometimes its hard to see through the darkness. The truth is life can be difficult to navigate, and we can all use support/guidance along the way. I offer a safe space to openly discuss life challenges and develop the mental clarity and tools to be better equipped for the journey!
