My experience in Hospice has allowed me to take a wholistic and person-centered approach to grief and loss. I have worked with many individuals and the challenges that naturally come with adulthood such as anxiety, depression, and self-doubt. Trained through Eating Disorder Coalition of Iowa to assist with navigating struggles with body image, eating disorders, or any complicated relationships to food, exercise, or your self image.
