Hello, thank you for visiting my page. It can be really hard to decide to go to therapy, and even harder to make the first contact. When I meet with a new client, I ask what brings them to therapy and how will they know when they are done with therapy. Some common reasons I've heard that lead to beginning therapy are to change the way you handle transitions or stressors, have little confidence in yourself, complex grief, depression, Bipolar, or anxiety. Clients I see want to conclude therapy feeling genuine confidence and strength in the way they carry and view themselves, and live without looming doubt or anxiety.
