My ideal client is someone navigating the weight of depression or anxiety, the complexities of grief, or the emotional terrain that comes with aging, illness, or end-of-life transitions. They might be a young adult trying to find meaning and direction amidst internal overwhelm, or an older adult longing to process loss or find peace in later life. They come to therapy with the hope of feeling more steady, understood, and connected. They’re looking for space to be vulnerable without judgment, to reflect on life’s hardest questions, and to feel supported as they reshape their relationship to pain, purpose, and hope.
