I work with eating disorders, suicidal and self-injurious behaviors, and trauma. I am a licensed clinical therapist in Columbia, Missouri. One of my goals is to bring awareness to the client through tracking, reflecting, and attunement. I have over 90 hours of trauma-informed yoga training and 20 hours of somatic experience. I use this knowledge when working with bodies that hold depression, anxiety, and various kinds of trauma.
