My focus is on addressing negative core beliefs, often rooted in childhood, that can impact emotional and physical well-being. I believe that when one family member faces a challenge or trauma, it affects the entire family. By strengthening relationships and addressing these deep-seated beliefs, I help individuals and families heal, grow, and restore balance. Whether you’re facing stress, emotional hardships, or social and academic challenges, I’m here to support you on your restorative journey.
