Welcome! I am an experienced licensed professional counselor who is passionate about helping people achieve a healthier level of well being. My counseling style is respectful, engaging and collaborative. I provide a holistic therapy approach that is customized to the unique individual needs of my clients. My work includes helping people who are experiencing anxiety, depression and issues with self esteem that may be related to trauma and/or OCD. I work with couples to help improve their marriage/relationship and enjoy helping parent(s) and/or caregivers to equip them with parenting skills that resolve behavioral issues. My approach involves considering the unique past, strengths, and characteristics of each individual client and building off of these to obtain personal growth.
