I am passionate about liberating folx from oppressive beliefs, depathologizing mental health, cultivating radical self-love and identifying your wise internal compass! I create a safe space to break cycles of deeply rooted limiting beliefs, self abandonment, and generational trauma. I use the wisdom from your softness and emotional depths to discover your true sense of self and intuition as a form of resiliency. I have extensive professional experience with severe OCD, trichotillomania, Queer identity exploration, neurodivergence, depression, anxiety, complex trauma, generational trauma and people-pleasing behaviors. I use my own love for therapy and human connection to help others find resiliency through radical softness, self-trust, and authenticity.
