Therapy is a wonderful opportunity for personal growth, self-discovery, and positive change. It can be scary to ask for help, but with a therapist who is the right fit, real improvements can be achieved. I work from a trauma-informed approach, and believe that looking at both our past and our present circumstances can provide a lot of insight into times we're feeling stuck. Utilizing warmth, empathy, humor, and tangible practices to affect change, I look forward to each session with each client to assist them on their journey to self-discovery.
