I want to inspire and encourage clients by using a non-judgemental approach, while listening carefully with patience and concern, so that I may hear what the client's soul is saying. While applying the proper treatment therapeutically, together we can find that balanced and healthy place. My focus as a therapist is to help the client achieve their goal for therapy no matter what age. Using evidence based psychological treatments like Solution Focused Therapy and Person Centered Therapy, I am prepared to help the client achieve the outcome they desire.
