I am here to listen and help. Individual Adult Therapy and Couples are my specialities. I am passionate about helping couples identify their negative patterns, express their unmet needs, and repair their relationship injuries; deepening the trust and bond they once shared as a couple. I also work with individuals to find the insights and tools they need to navigate life's challenges and transitions. I appreciate working with clients who come from a wide variety of socio-economic, racial, ethnic and cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations and gender identities, not to mention ages, including students and seniors.
