In today’s busy world, it’s hard to make yourself a priority. It might look like things are going well, but behind the scenes it’s a different story. You’re overwhelmed, exhausted, or maybe a little lonely. You can’t figure out how to make your relationships work. Or perhaps you sense that that thing you’ve never talked about before is starting to make your life feel impossible. It’s clear something needs to change, but what? While my approach is primarily psychodynamic, I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, person-centered therapy, and other modalities into treatment, depending on your needs. I will always meet you where you are while maintaining a multicultural and strengths-based focus in a safe and non-judgmental space.
